When I recently served them at a meeting with friends, there was nothing left but an excellent source of bone and hopeful looks that were more expected in the kitchen.
This is the recipe, just follow the instruction!
Mix flour, garlic powder, pepper and salt in a small bowl.
Spread each chicken wing with a generous layer of flour mixture.
Pour ¼ inch (6 mm) oil in a shallow pan and bring to medium to high temperature.
Fry the chicken wings in small portions on each side for 4 minutes.
Remove from the oil and leave it on a paper towel.
Melt the butter over medium heat and add garlic and ginger.
Put the soy sauce, honey and brown sugar in the pan and leave to stand for 5-7 minutes.
Add the fried wings directly to the pan and stir until the wings are covered with sauce.
